The 2019 Annual General Meeting will be held on March 17, 2019 from 09:00 - 12:00 location TBD
Each Team must preregister using the 2019 Team Registration Form and submit an deposit of $TBD to Dave Nelson prior to the AGM
Each team must have a team representative attend of pay the penalty as outlined in the constitution
Each team must be prepared to discuss the all items identified in the AGM Agenda
Each team must identify a volunteer duty or indicate their option to pay the buy out fee ($150)
Each team be prepared for a break out session for their division Tier One or Tier Two and elect 2 co-presidents of the Tier for the upper bracket and lower bracket
Each Team should provide the scheduler with their list of dates they will be unavailable to play over the schedule - a draft schedule will be prepared prior to the AGM
The 2019 Registration Meeting will be held on April 28, 2019 from 09:00 - 10:30 location TBD
