2005 GHTFA Season
In the 2005 Season the Association consisted of five men's leagues
AA League - playing a high caliber of touch football with most teams and players participating in tournaments throughout Ontario and Canada. The teams were T. Litzen Spartans, Piranhas, Burlington Saints, The Gifted, Hamilton Saints, and the Toronto Trojans.

A League - playing a competitive caliber of though football with many of the teams and or players playing in tournaments thought Ontario and Canada. The teams were www.pokerroom.com Bulls, Gators, Burlington Rhinos, Primetime, Hamilton Hogs, Fox 40 Whistlers and Crusaders.

B League - Playing a competitive recreational level of touch football many of the players playing on teams that also played in tournaments. The teams were Balls Deep, Hamilton Eagles, Bearcats, Oakville Steelers, Gator Ted Rams, Piranhas, Slow Fat White Guys and Blitz. Unfortunately the Blitz folded midway through the season.
B League Schedule and Standings
C League - This is a recreational league with a number of teams competing on the Trillium Tour in lower tiers, however most teams participate for fun. This league consists of twelve teams, which play each other once in a round robin format, making up a 11 games and then an additional three games according to the seeding of 1st to 12th for a 14 game schedule. Games are played on Sunday mornings on various field through out Burlington. Upon its completion the teams are ranked from 1st to 12th. The top six teams will go to the "C" League Playoffs, while the bottom six will go to the "DD" League Playoffs.
The playoff structure for both "C" & "DD" will see 1st vs 2nd receive a quarter final bye while 3rd vs 6th, and 4th vs 5th in the quarter finals. Teams will be re-ranked after the quarter finals with 1st meeting the lowest seed in the semi finals.
As a result of this format there will be an "C" GHTFA Champion and an "DD" GHTFA Champion.
C League Schedule and Standings
Teams in the C League were Red Raiders, Green Machine, Bandits, Not so young Offenders, Bishop & Firkin Broncos, Old N' Orange, Titans, Fighting Cocks, Clack Bulls, Good Year Blimps,, Millcroft Telus Mustangs, and Desperados.
C League Schedule and Standings
Master's League - This is a pure recreational league for players 35 years and older. This league operates from mid August until early November and consists of eight teams. Teams are determined by a draft system to ensure that the caliber of play is equal among all teams. All games are played on Thursday nights primarily at Nelson Stadium.
This league consists of eight teams, which form 2 Divisions. Teams will play each team in their Division twice and each team from the other Division once, making up a 10 game schedule. Upon its completion the teams are ranked in their respective Divisions from 1st to 4th. In the Quarter Finals 1st place from one Division will play the 4th place from the other, as will the 2nd place teams playing the 3rd place teams. Winners will advance to the Semi Finals
Semi Final Winners will meet for the Championship. All other teams will play exhibition games on the Championship night. All games are approximately 60 minutes, with the exception of the consolation championship and the toilet bowls on championship day, which will be approximately 45 minutes.
